Children 18 and under stay free in the same room with parent(s). Must be 21 years old to rent a room.

A Safe Deposit Box is provided in each room for a low fee. Under state law, the hotel cannot be responsible for loss unless articles have been secured properly in these boxes.

Cancellations can be made 24 hrs. prior to arrival.

In order to protect the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a Zero Tolerance policy regarding inconsiderate behavior. As part of this policy, a 10 PM curfew will be enforced. Children under the age of 16 must be confined to their room after 10 PM and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Inconsiderate behavior, causing a disturbance, or violation of these or other posted rules, will result in being required to leave immediately, and WITHOUT REFUND. Common issues resulting in a guest or group of guests being removed from the property are running, yelling, slamming doors, inappropriate language, etc. There will be NO WARNINGS. The hotel’s staff is under instructions to call management and the Walton County Sheriff Department if they observe any inconsiderate behavior, or has any inconsiderate behavior reported to them. Please report inconsiderate behavior to the Front Desk immediately.
